Fatal error...

I am new to this forum and would like to take this opportunity to make an introduction.

I live in Cape Town, South Africa, am an engineering student and have a great passion for Maths. I have created a Math mentoring website where I mentor Afrikaans speaking students....

Thank you for the great work on chrono forms. It really helped, and still continues to help, me a lot.

I have a problem though...

I have created a form where my students can invite other student to my site by capturing names and e-mail addresses. The form then send an email to all these e-mails and me(so that i can keep track of who invited who). This form works fine

The next form was a form where students can ask me questions. this form keeps giving me problems. It does not want to send me the e-mail with the question of the students although it gives a success message when the information is submitted.

I also get this message when i use the form plug-in in my articles(I do not know if the problems are related).

Fatal error: Class 'HTML_ChronoContact' not found in /home/xxxxxxxxxx(cpanel username)/public_html/wiskundementor.com/plugins/content/chronoforms.php on line 61

I have omitted to say that I have reinstalled chrono form( the latest available version) and that I have recreated the faulty form with no results...

Hi theg01,

I think you must have a mismatched version of the ChronoForms plug-in installed. That line isn't in the current releases I have on my test sites.

If you have ChronoForms v4 RC2.0 for Joomla! 1.6 (or Joomla! 1.5) please make sure you have the matching plugin.

I think I must have upgraded the CF component but forgot about upgrading the plug-in...

as for the other problem. I could not get a solution, so I just created the form from scratch. This time it works.🙂
