Hi,

I am new to ChoronoForms. I am using Joomla 1.6.

Currently, i am creating a feedback form for my client. I installe the following on my joomla:
- Mod_Chronoforms_J1.6_V4_RC1.8
- Chronoforms_J1.6_V4_RC1.8_Plugin
- Chronoforms_J1.6_V4_RC1.9

Now, as i accessed the ChoronoForm > EasyForm Wizard and created my fields (dragged) such as:
- Name
- Email Address
- Comment
- Submit Button

How can i retrieve the information entered above thru a specified email address of mine?

Hi webconsultant,

In the Form Wizard, click the Emails tab; then click 'Click to Configure' on one of the emails and enter the info for your email. On the Template tab you can use {input_name} so show data from the form e.g. Email: {email} or Email: {input_text_5}

Use HTML tags to format the email layout if you want to.

Where can i put the email address for the destination of the field information?

Also, i input this fieldnames on the General Tab of Email Tab under 'Attachements Field Name'

"input_firstname,input_lastname,input_emailaddress,input_telephonenumber,input_comment"

are these correct?

Click the Static tab and complete the four boxes marked 'Required': To, Subject, From Name and From Email. The destination address goes in the To box.

No, that box is for uploaded File attachments. Leave it empty.

i just want to ask a little more, how can i change the recipient name (from the sender) based on the email entered by the user?

Hi webconsultant.

Leave the static tab entries as they are and on the Dynamic tab put the input names of the User's Name & Email in the Dynamic Reply To Name & Reply To Email boxes.
