Please help - can't get forms to send emails

Hi, I'm really hoping someone can help me on this.

My email form do not send emails to my designated email address.

I'm using Joomla 1.5.23 and the latest version of Chronoforms.

I think there may be something wrong with my Joomla installation or server as when the problem started I tried some other form extensions such as Jforms and RSform and they both don't work either.

When I first encountered the problem I hadn't changed anything on my website to cause it. It just stopped.

If anyone has any answers I'd greatly appreciate your help.

Hi Stebol,

Check the settings in the Site Global Configuration.

Check if the site successfully sends an email from the 'Email a Friend' icon in an article.

Thanks for the reply. I've checked the settings in the Global Config and they seem right.
It's set to 'PHP Mailer Function'. I've tried it with 'Sendmail' as well. No luck.


Emails don't work when you try and 'Send to a friend' either.

Any ideas?

Thanks for you help. It turns out my hosting company had changed something to do with mail servers on the server.
