Hello🙂
I m sorry for posting two help requests in few hours, but I'm still in a quite relevant issue 😶 .
My form succesfully sends mails to all the recipients i ve configured - they all belong to " other than the joomla hosting one " domains. Nothing is received on the only reciping mail address which belongs to the same domain where joomla is hosted. We already checked the mailbox by sending ordinary mails from our other mail address and they all arrive as quickly as usual.
Are there any suggestions to solve this ?
Thanks in advance
Marco

Hi Marco,
Are the To and From addresses the same? That can cause emails to be dropped.

Thanks for your help Bob
Static to and dynamic from email are in use, and they always carry different addresses. The mail that belongs to the same domain on which joomla is installed doesn't receive any mails from cf when modules are sent.
I also checked the Mail from field in Joomla general config and it carries a different mail from the others in use by CF
Thanks in advance for your kind help 😶

Hi Pikkolo,
I strongly recommend that you do *not* use the Dynamic From Email element in your Email Setups. Using this often results in your emails being marked as spam and dropped into a spam filter. Instead use the static From Email with an address that matches the site domain name and use Dynamic ReplyTo Email for the user email. The result is the same but with a much better chance of good delivery.
