Hi!
I was wondering why the contact form wasn't working, then I found that all messages were being sent straight to the junk folder. I havn't used the "dynamic" functions and am not using recaptcha. My on submit contains a thank you message, dbsave and the email function. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks so much!
Alexei

Within the form I used the {field_name} to call in the name, subject, message. That's all that's in the email. Not sure how to show you a sample email or two....
Hi alexei ,
Well, nothing that ChronoForms does will send an email to the spam folder by itself.
It may be the From Address doesn't match the domain - that's a common cause.
It may be that the Subject Line or the content sets off spam filters.
It may be something completely different.
