show data columns and export data

Hi,
I have 2 questions about show data.
1) Is there a place to tell show data to display field columns on the record list view?
2) Is there an export function anymore to export the data in the table?

#1- not yet, sorry.
#2- this has been removed, but you can use the custom action developed by Bob to do this through a form, the file is at this forum here, I think the "CFV4 actions" thread.

Thanks. I'm using a Mac with OS 10.6.7 and it would not open the ZIP file with archive or stuff-it. I had to extract it on a PC and pass back to my mac to use your CFV4 add-in.

Other than that, It works like charm. Thanks for this contribution.

Thanks for letting me know. This is the first time I've heard this but it is a new release of the programme I used to create the zips. I'll see if I still have a copy of Stuff-it anywhere to test (unfortunately I don't have a handy Mac).
