hi, on clicking send i get a page up with a number 1. on it and nothing else, the form reloads empty.. any ideas why

thanks for that... i got me a step closer, now i can click without problems on the send button but it sends me to the wrong url giving a 404 error.
i have copied the url that it sends me to "thank you for your order to the after submission address in the form configuration but i still get a 404 now

Well the 404 shows "Component not found" so what is the 'real' URL that this link is supposed to be going to?

hmmm not sure whats happening there bob, will you take a look now. the menu to right has a new link "temp" which works ok, on click the after submit page comes up. the name of the article the link goes to is the same as the "send" button on the form links to.

The first suggestion is simply to put that text into the OnSubmit After Email box and forget the redirect URL.
If you want to use the ReDirect URL then try using the 'raw' un-SEO'd version.

Hi Bob thanks for the help, we've gone with the standard message instead of the redirect and that works fine.
a question from a friend whos website i have installed a chronoform on, is it possible to send an email to a customer when they have made a booking query, the email should contain a link to confirm the booking that they made the inquiry about. eg. thank you for requesting accommodation information, should you wish to make a definite booking on the above dates ...click on the link below. many thanks for the help Bob.
