Hi all, this is my first post as i am new to chrono forms. I have been given a website with a problem. http://www.yourchamber.org.uk
Basically when you try to register as a new user you go through a process of forms. Once completed it takes you to a payment page and submits your information to a separate database from the standard joomla one.
The problem is once users have submitted the information the forms are not communicating correctly to the database, it was working fine as of the start of june however it no longer is.
I noticed that the installation of chrono forms was not validated so we paid the fee and got the forms validated.
I did not set the website and this system up so i have no idea really how to fix it. If anyone has any ideas i would appreciate it very much.
