help please (locate links url) form will not show.

This the error message below is what i get when i create a New form and click the link with CHRNOENGINE...the very first "TEST" i created works just fine but everyone after that first one gives me the message below... and yes they are all Published.. PLEASE HELP
"There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management"

A few things can cause this - the most common are (a) dashes '-' in the form names, please only use underscore '_'; and (b) <form ... > or </form> tags left in the Form HTML when it is copied and pasted in from another form.

I have the same problem. the form is expected to insert data into an already created table, code to do this is placed in the "On Submit - before" box. The form loads correctly from the Forms Management page but when called from the link created for it, returns the message "There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management". Any pointers/help will be appreciated.
