Republishing + Dybamic form

Hi,
I am having problems with the republishing function on the multi page forms, 1 of my forms in my multi page form is created dynamicly trought a deferent selection of fields on previous forms, but after clicking next on this dynamic form I get this error
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /components/com_chronocontact/chronocontact.html.php(180) : eval()'d code on line 965"

This is avoidable if i disable the republishing function on the "Mother Page" but i would like the other forms to try and republish, i dont need the dynamic form to be republished so i disabled it there but it is still not working, is any posible workaround posible here.

Hi Clinton,

That's a PHP error form line 965 of your Form HTML.

That's a lot of code in the Form HTML box! Is there an obvious error around this line?
