Cannot drag and drop the elements

Hello,

I cannot drag & drop the elements, I cannot click on the form setting tab either (it will not become active).

This may be a mootools issue, but can you explain how to downgrade/upgrade pls :-)

If this is ChronoForms v4 you must have the Joomla! MooTools Upgrade plug-in **enabled**.

If this is ChronoForms v 3.2 you must have the Joomla! MooTools Upgrade plug-in **disabled**.

I got this problem too, during i enabled MOOTOOLS UPGRADE plugin in plugin manager, a month ago i have installed V4 but went back to V3 coz this latest ver still not have MODULE and it worked, but i dont know why this time when installed i can not drag, drop, switch other tabs in Administrator area.

Is there any plugin conflict with CF 4? Or any MOD can take a look at my site? I will send user and pass

There are two possibilites I can think of: you haven't re-enabled the MooTools Upgrade plug-in; or you have Joomla! 1.5.21 or 22 which have some problems with IE.

Im using joomla ver 1.5.22, CF ver 3 im using normally, no problem. But with v4, im very interesting on it with many options and flexible. I tried to installed a new one, without any template, plugins, modules and it worked. I think this happen is some plugins has conflict with CF4 but dont know what is it?

I have install JFBconnect(com with plugins), agoraforum(com with plugins), xmap, pay2upgrade, sh404sef, zoo and quick faq, template is ja social.

One more problem is, when i enable mootolls upgrade, the bb code in agora forum will stopped working.

Do you want to take a look at my administrator area and try to help me solve this problem?

If possible, please upgrade to Joomla! 1.5.23; there were some serious bugs in the MooTools Upgrade plug-in in 1.5.22 (it didn't load MooTools correctly).

Is V4 and V3 can installed at a time? i mean 2 version for test, coz i dont want to remove then reinstall again if still not load.

After upgraded, still unworkable with V4, i dont know why. :-s Mootools enabled

Could be there's a problem with Agora Forum - I've no idea and no way of testing. They shouldn't conflict in the admin area unless Agora is doing something strange to your site setup.

Ah, maybe i dont know and dont have idea for this issue, but when a new& fresh joomla installed without any components or plugins. If i installed only CF4, then worked well, and after that, installed Agora, then CF4 stopped working.

I asked Agora developers and waiting for their solution, they gave me a small solution is install AIMOOTOOLSCONTROL then setup which component will use mootools, which will not, but seem it was not helped me. CF4 still not work.

I can't see a free version of Agora anywhere to check with.

ChronoForms CFv4 will run on the standard Joomla! 1.5.23 with the MooTools Upgrade enabled. If Agora doesn't support that then there is little we can do to help :-(

Usually that's a sign of a JavaScript error. Do you see anything in the JavaScript console of your browser web developer tools?
