Good afternoon Sir or Madame. I have had wonderful success with getting a basic contact form working. Unfortunately I've been trying to add two more advanced options: 1) radio button OR dropdown menu to select which receipt the email is forwarded to and 2) I've added two file upload fields, neither of which are forwarding the "attached" file. On the radio button/drop down option I've read through tons of the forum posts and tried the tutorials. The further I get the more confused I get and none of the options seem to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hank Bahne
