Redirect Thank You Page with their name?

Any way to have the form redirect to a page like this?

"Thank you, <b>[requester name].</b>
Your online request is now being processed. Please continue to check the email address you provided. We will reply to your email once we've reviewed available appointment options.

Thank you for choosing us!"

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Len,

Yes, put the HTML in The Form OnSubmit After Email box (or Step 4 in the Wizard). You can add the value of a form input using {input_name}.

One question...

In step 4 of the wizard, where you place the redirect url, do I need to create an article page also or does the content in the editor create the page for me?

What should I put there?
