How do I get the country list in the dropdown

I need a country select drop down field and it is a lot of work to type in all the country names every time I create a form.

Please see the 'Creating a drop-down from an array' item at the end of this article from The ChronoForms Book.

There's a country array here (found by Googling 'php country array') that you can use as a base.
