I have created a form and it looks and works perfectly for my needs. Thank you for making that easy!
From what I have read this next part should be even easier but it is not working for me. I am trying to add the form to an article and it is just displaying the code on the page and not the form.
I downloaded and installed the Plugin/Mambot.
The code I am adding is: {chronocontact}purchasingworksheet{/chronocontact}
The page I am adding it on is: http://www.ttbgroup.info/ftb/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=48:savemoney&catid=34:center-blocks&Itemid=77
Lastly, I was wondering how to add the function when they click the submit button that a popup window will pop up saying "Thank You, Your Form Has Been Submitted." and then redirect it back to another page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
