Feilds appear when selected

Is there a native function within Chronoforms that allows for dynamic fields to appear when users choose a certain option. For example

"Are you a company or individual?"
If they select company then the fields for company information appear, and vise versa.

Is this currently possible?

There is no native function. You can do it fairly easily with JavaScript - though you need to be careful with validation so tha tyou don't have required fields that are hidden from the user.
