interest me how to collect form data into empty article page of Joomla and not to email message.

Download the submit_content form from the Downloads area here. Restore this into the ChronoForms Forms Manager and you can use this as a starting point.

Note that all the form inputs have to be assembled into the correct elements to be saved as an article.
