datetime picker add from HTML code?

Hi Friends;

I've created a form using the wizard, modified it quite a bit through the HTML code.
Now I want to add a datetime picker. Copying and pasting the existing picker and renaming the id and name fields fails to show the calendar icon on the new datetime field.

Any tricks up someone's sleeve to help me, rather than going back to creating a new form from scratch?

Add the input name to the "Date Fields names" box on the from General tab.
