problem chronoform/ zephyr template

Hello,
I just created a form with ChronoForms.

When I edit it inside my template "zephyr" RocketTheme of the checkbox and radio buttons overlap with their wording that makes the form unusable.

What should I do to eliminate this problem and finally use this form correctly?

In the Template setup please turn off "Input Styling"
