Redirect plugin url has http://mysite.com added

I am using the Redirect plugin to send the user to PayPal on submit, but the url created is

http://mysite.com/%20http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

instead of http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

the /%20 was the culprit, there was a space at the start of the url in the Target URL field 😶
