Send Email only if requested in the form

Hi,
I have a simple request, in theory...
When someone fills out a "Request Form" I want to have a tick box option for them to receive a copy of the email sent to their inbox.

If this box is left blank, then the Submitter will not receive a copy of the email. However if they tick the box then Chronoforms will see this, and will subsequently send an email from the form settings configuration.

It sounds simple, and is especially common in group posts (such as Google Groups - "Send a copy to my email address").
