Storing data in external database

Hello,
I'm wondering how I could store my formdata in an external database. I mean I need a connection to another database server. Is this possible with ChronoForms? And how?

Yes you can do this by creating a separate Joomla! database connection; the code is in the forums here; in the Joomla! docs; and is part of the contents of my 'ChronoForms Excel export extras' How-to doc.
