Multi part form question

I have a three part form (application). On the mother_form (blank) I have "company_info_form,contact_info_form,principles_form". The only db is mother_form. All three form are connected to the mother_form db. I have experimented with the placement of the email setups but cannot seem to figure out how to have the all three forms emailed to us after they are completed.

Any suggestions???

Hi tpascubarat ,

Put the Email Setup on the mother form (or on the final step). You'll probably need to create the template by hand to include all the fields*.

* Or you can copy and past the Form HTML from all the steps into the mother form temaporarily an delete it after the template is created.
