Hello,

What does it mean by:
An error occured : This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.

Is it my Paypal API Info? I setup a test account in Sandbox for testing.

I setup everything as per paypal except I am not using a proxy.

This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.
