Fatal Error Saving to DB

Dear All,

Great application. Fairly new to php and sql but am leanring quick.

Have a multi-page form that works correctly. Post back form gives all correct info but I get fatal error code at bottom:

Fatal error: Call to a member function bind() on a non-object in /hermes/web03/b408/moo.fkaram65/NYF2010/components/com_chronocontact/libraries/customcode.php(71) : eval()'d code on line 13


I have tried all suggestions on forum wihtout success:

Checked for "-" in form and databse headers
recreated database twice
set database to "no" saved and then set to "yes" and resavedautogenerated code is pointed to correct datase name

I have tried for two days with no success!

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have any code under the "on submit code" boxes ?

If yes then please paste it here, and please paste the "Auto generated" code as well
