My chronoform is not working properly. It is not sending an email or updating the database after registration even though I have followed the tutorials.
If anyone can fix it for me I'd be happy to pay.

Where can I get the exact tutorial in fixing the not updating the database after registration problem. What about the always incorrect captcha input? Do we have tutorial fixing this?

We occasionally see one or other of these if the form/plugin setup is incorrect. There are no special 'fix' tutorials for them though.
