NO FORM DISPLAY

My form has been created and published but it does not display from the main navigation link to Contact page. However, it does display if first click on Blog from main navigation and then Contact. What is wrong with this form? URL: http://www.enteraevents.com

Error on the page displays: There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

There doesn't appear to be a published form named Contact2, or contact2, or contact -- so probably your form isn't published. Please check again and see if the link from the Froms Manager will open the form.

The form was published for 3 days (I'm not sure why the error message referred to not published). I just updated the HTML code and now the form is displaying, however, no results are being received in the specified email box. So now what?

Sounds as though you may be caching some part of the site content or the urls.

Please turn debug on for the form and copy and paste here the output when you submit the form.
