Automatic e-mail to the sender

Hello guys.

I have a little problem.
Is it possible to send and automatic e-mail to the one who filled and submitted the form.
For example Mr. John sent me an e-mail through my form and now he receives and confirmation to his e-mail that confirms that I received his e-mail.

Yes, use a Dynamic To element in an Email Setup and put the name of the email input in the box (with no quotes or brackets).
