Page not found

I have a beautiful form created for my website. The only problem is that when I hit submit, I get an Oops Page Not Found site. I have a redirect url of my website and no website listed for submit as I don't need to go to another website. What am I doing wrong? I love the form and want to use it.

Do you get this if you click the Link in the Forms Manager?

Hi Bob...

Here is the form url... I can get to it fine from management. It will even let me fill it out. The problem comes when I hit submit.

I created another form today and tried that one, but got the same page not found response when I hit submit.

The forms are located under the headers -- Custom Orders and Mailing List.

Hi Tammy,

It looks as though there are a couple of things going on here.

Do you have a redirect url set? and if so what is it?

Please will you also turn off the 'Security token check' in the form General tab.
