show / hide items depending on answer

Any help would be appreciated.
I have happily created a form using the wizard, and now realised that some questions (items) should only be shown if one particular option was chosen amongst others (chosen with a radio button). Is there a piece of script that can easily be added to that particular button to determine whether a new item is shown or not.

You can do this fairly easily with JavaScript - you'll find some examples in the forums here. It's not difficult to do but it's not a click-button feature either.
