CB Plugin

Hi,

I am using v3.1RC5.5 and I have a serious problem that I cannot seem to find an answer for.

I have:
the fields mapped
the plugin set as number 1 and highlighted green (contains red cross?)
the DB connection is on and the jos_user and jos_comprofiler tables selected

When I run the form I can see records in these tables (through mySQL) but

1. They are not visible through the Joomla! admin system
2. The password is not encrypted
3. the User id is not set in the comprofiler table but is in the user table (auto increment)

Please can someone help me, step wise, through this problem?

I'm not sure that the plugin works with the latest release of CB.

Hi Totko,

There isn't a newer version of the Plugin. Max developed that one for a client a long time ago and it has never been updated. Neither he nor I use CB :-(

There have been a couple of threads about this in the forums hare and you may find a solution there.

Thanks. Actually what I was after was a stable v3.0 of ChronoForms.

The download area only includes the Rc of 3.1.

Hi Tony,

I don't recommend that you use the v3.0 stable version - in reality it's not as good as the latest RC release.

If you need it for other reasons - please ask Max using the Contact Us link above.

I really want to get the CB Registration form(s) set up. I want two different forms for two types of registrant. I guess I'll just have to set up the db connections manually. Hopefully there is help on how to

1. Copy the user id between jos_user and jos_comprofiler
2. Encrypt the password
