Hi Bob,

In order to achieve my form, one (important) problem remains : the datatables are still empty.
I enclose some printscreen pictures at this post and also a zipped backup of the form.
In the CB Registrtion parameter, a message is shown: "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /homez.332/fdcforma/www/components/com_chronocontact/plugins/cf_cb_registration.php on line 89" and in the same dialog, the onsubmit box is empty.
I would very appreciate if you could help me to solve this problem.

My eyesight isn't bad but I can't read anything useful in those images :-(

What I can see is all the red bars which suggest that you don't have any of the input fields in the table?? Selected bars are green.
