Module problem, page showing it, it's gone!

When I activate the module on a page, then the page is gone...
All white....😲

In site Global Configuration set Error Reporting to Maximum temporarily and see if you get a useful error message showing up.

Are you using the ReCaptcha Plugin?

If not, please find the file com_chronocontact/plugins/cf_recaptcha.php and rename it to cf_recaptcha.php.old and see if that fixes the problem.

If you are using ReCaptcha then the problem is probably because there is more than one form on the page. Could that be so?

I had: ChronoForms V2.5 J1.5 RC3.1 Licensed.zip
Back in the old days... you didn't have mod extension, so I came back to your site and found it...
I unisntalled old ChronoForms and maybe that was the problem... something might remain after uninstall.
