I am new and created a sample form http://www.rosecitycoop.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=Frontier_Order_Form
at the top of my form is this code: &
lt;div class="cfclear">

Has anyone seen this before? The form is working and the results are being emailed to me, but I would like to get this removed.

Hi c_robinson,

Please check the Form HTML around the heading - that should be <div class="cfclear">

I also see a page load error for a script embedded in the form so this may be a symptom of something else amiss.
