how use mod_chronocontact

Hello,

i have installed and activated the Module ChronoContact.
This Module say, i can use it with the default Joomla contacts.
But how, i don't get it.
after the activation, i can see it on the front-page for example under the menu.
but i thought i can use it for my Joomla contact.
i mean instead of the default form in the contact details?i'm wrong?
and how do i do that?

Hi Murdoc,

ChronoForms is a forms extension for Joomla - you can use it for many things (anything that requires a form and some that don't). It is not a simple substitute for the Joomla Contact Form though you could use it for that.

Hi Impi,

There is something really odd here. Line 159 of that file in the current release of ChronoForms is

    src="<?php echo $CF_PATH.'components/com_chronocontact/js/'; ?>jsvalidation2.js"
    type="text/javascript"></script>

But you'll see that the link you are posting says com_content instead.

Which version of ChronoForms do you have installed? The ChronoForms component and the plugin need to match to work correctly together and I suspect that something is mismatched here. Maybe the current plugin with an older component?
