hi Bob
I use
Component 3.1RC5.5
Module 1.3/V3.1RC5.2
Plugin V3.1RC5.2
> all are up to date and enabled
> {chronocontact}FORMNAME{/chronocontact}
> doesn't work
I tried it the other way round -> find an entry point to surround the form with my own code like I did for my layout in module chrome. Doesn't work, maybe by general joomla-module-design?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Seasonal greetings and best regards

Hi amaran1,
The syntax {chronocontact}FORMNAME{/chronocontact} has always worked for me on my own sites and others that I have looked at provided that the ChronoForms plugin/mambot is correctly installed and enabled.
It will also work with any other extension, or with your own code, provided that they correctly implement the Joomla plugin syntax and call the appropriate plugin event.

Hi Bob
Thanks. I have the above listed component, module and plugin installed and all have a green check sign. I switched template to beez and still get the plugin-command-text instaed of the form.
Does the install order matter?
Is there any diagnostic I can run, to see what (doesn't) happen.
I ran the command
{chronocontact}basicDemo{/chronocontact}
to further reduce any relation to any system changes by me.
