I can not validate the installation on my website. I think this validation method is a bit too complicated to me.
- It asks for sales ID, but I check all emails from Chronoengine and its sales agent, there is no such a phrase "sales id". I have to try all the number that I can see in the emails.
- It asks to put the validation key into the parameter first. I can see in this forum many people struggle to find the parameter box. Because the parameter box is not located inside the Forms management area, it is on the tool bar.
- It does not tell that you have to validate one domain after another. I put all the domains in one go, separated by a comma.
After all of these efforts without luck. I am told that I have exhausted the number of domains that I bought!!!
What to do?
