E-Mail was not send

Hello!

I am using Joomla 1.5.14 and ChronoEngine V3.1 RC5.5

I receive no email messages that have been sent with Chrono Forms.
I have read all the instructions...and EMails are Enabled.

I have tried with the Demo form. I only have changed the E-Mail adresses. But that also dont work.

Here is the Debug info:

   1. Form passed first SPAM check OK
   2. Form passed the submissions limit (if enabled) OK
   3. Form passed the Image verification (if enabled) OK
   4. Form passed the server side validation (if enabled) OK
   5. $_POST Array: Array ( [name] => Test [email] => XXXXXX@gmx.de [subject] => subject [message] => Message... [button_5] => Submit [2ccc4c3de8ae1d61ef2e5c9ccebedd10] => 1 [1cf1] => a502aea848fd33615cd2d8b560bd8383 [chronoformname] => basicDemo )
   6. $_FILES Array: Array ( )
   7. Form passed the plugins step (if enabled) OK
   8. An email has been SENT successfully from (FeG Syke)XXXXXX@syke.feg.de to XXXXXXX@gmx.de
   9. Debug End

(I have made the E-Mail adresses with XXXXXXX now manually)

At Joomla i can send Mails...all the messages were received. Only from ChronoEngine that will not work.

Can you help me?

Hi Blondie,

ChronoForms is reporting the email as sent successfully - that means that it's been passed to the Joomla mailer and no error message has been returned.

If email is working on the site then your emails are probably being marked as spam. Is the site http://syke.feg.de? (there is no BasicDemo form visible there)

If that's not the site then change the From Email address so that the domain matches the site. If it is the site please check your spam email folders.

Everything looks Ok at the ChronoForms end.

Please try sending to a different e-mail address. You may need to add debug code to track exactly what is happening to the emails.

i have tested with different E-Mail adresses. But again no success.

I have turned on the debug mode. But i dont see anything...no idea.

Can you see there something?

Hi Blondie,

No I can't see anything. I have checked that the site sends me emails OK.

You can email or PM me a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look at the admin setup if you like.

Hello Bob,

i have now found the solution!

It was just me and my stupidity. The Komponent is working very well!

I use Outlook 2009 with an E-Mail account from GMX. I have checked the Spams at GMX but not at Outlook. Only the mails from ChronoForms where filtered.
