wrong positioning of text box and other components

If anybody knows how ho solve the problem, please help!

I want my form to be displayed in the following way (a box should be to the right to the text)

But it always is displayed in the following way (a box is below the text)


I transformed the form to default template (with a box to the right to the text), but it doesnt help 😟

I guess that you need to turn on Load ChronoFroms JS & CSS files in the form General tab.

No, Load ChronoFroms JS & CSS files is ON

The problem is that some of the form elements are correctly to the right and some are in the wrong place (lower the text). I checked the html code - it is the same.

It's impossible to tell what is happening from the image. It looks as though you may need to create your own CSS for this form.
