Contact Form

I want to create contact form which i can show this form to the related person. For example if we want to communicate with marketing department, can we send e-mail directly to the related person (from marketing) or if it’s about purchasing e-mail should go directly to the related person from purchase department.
How can i do this? Is there anyone who can help me about it?

you want to change the target email dynamically ? if yes then some posts have solved this here before, please run a quick search, I "think" that one of the FAQs has the solution as well, give it a try too!😉
