No, it's part of the standard package for the last few releases. I think that there was a buggy version with bad buttons and there is a fix posted here somewhere.

I'm having the same issue with a client's site. It was working until the client made a small text change in the confirmation page message. After that, the submit/back buttons disappeared and the form doesn't send of course.

You mention a fix. We're using the latest version of the component on this site: abelrecon.com for the online job application.

Can you point me in the right direction or provide the fix as we haven't been able to spot it on the forums.
