Adding a checkbox from outside of the form to the form

Hello everybody,

I've made a checkbox outside of the chronoform and I want it to be recognized by the form I made with the component.
The name of the checkbox is "example1" and if the user checked it I want the component to tell me about it by mantion the name of the checkbox in the email I get.
Can someone help me solve this problem ?
