DB store fails with double jos_jos_

Hi there, I downloaded CF and tried the sample application from the tutorial. I created the form, added the table, and tried to submit it from the front end. The submit fails with an error 'xxxxx.jos_jos_chronoforms_my_form doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_jos_chronoforms_my_form`'

Why is the table prefix 'jos_' being appended 2x?
