How do "To" be same variable of "input of email"

Hello, I want to know how to do the "to" of Email function requires be the same of my input email of my form, how can I link these two variables?

Hi milicanogueira,

In the Email Setup choose a 'Dynamic To' and put the name of your input field in the box (with no brackets and no quotes).
