New to CF, Just setting up a contact form

I am new to CF and just need to set up a contact form to request more information. I have gone through the tutorials and the form isn't showing up. I have the email addresses in place to send after the submit button is selected, so there shouldn't be any issues. I am using CF to work in Joomla, new to that too. The interface is working but when I select the link to view the form in the site I get this; "There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management"

This form won't need to redirect, so I am not understanding what CF is asking for of needing. I have developed contact forms in HTML on many occasions using mailTo and CGI Scripting.

Most likely teh form isn't published - see the right hand column in the Forms Manager list.

IT was published, there were other issues that I was able to bash out.

You wouldn't know how to add a time out feature to the redirected thank you page?

I have utilized this script before but it needed to be in the head of the page, this being a joomla environment, it gets tricky. All it does is time out the thank you message and sends you back to a main page, just in case you don't click on anything else.

Glad you got it working.

Off the top of my head I don't remember the timed redirect code but there is a Joomla snippet to do it and the answer is in the forums somehwere. (Possibly also in the Joomla docs/forum.)

Could you say more about the other issues you were able to "bash out"? I've got a form published and it's working for some users but one user has reported this:

        * Your session has expired. Please log in again.
Error
        * LOADING FAILED::Plugins Class
There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management 

Any ideas what could be causing this?
