hi,

i have an joomla site, i am using chrono to create form, it was working fine before and now it’s currently stopped working, but when i trying for registration everything going well and i am getting confirmation mail with all the entered details, but after that i can’t able to login

so i look at the DB the user not getting inserted, the same code it was working fine before and not now, i test the code its fine, so any one please help me to sort out this, its really urgent 😲

Hi bala,

Nice site but I can't see anything wrong from the outside. If the site worked, and then stopped, you'll need to backtrack and see what changed. Add debug code and track the registration process through step by step.

thanks for your reply, i have tested the code, values are getting posted and i am getting mails, but still its not inserting into the DB, can you please tell me the place where the insertion is happening?

Hi bala,

Chaeck the the DB Connection is enabled. If it says 'Yes' but records aren't saving, then set it to 'No' save the form; then set it to 'Yes' and save again.

i have enabled the db Connections and pointed to one of my table but its inserting empty rows? what shall i do, can have look at the registration for that i have?

Do the table column names match the input names on your form?
