Internal server error 500 when using anti spam

Hi, i have a problem using the image verification. When i klick submit i just get the Internal server error 500. And the form is working perfectly without this.
The image shows right and everything so i have no clue what this can be, any ideas?

There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

Possibly there's a problem with the subdirectory installation ??

Are you using .htaccess-style SEF?

Edit: And please, please, please... don't crosspost like a madman. Three posts in three different threads simply saying "not working" does'nt help more than one...

My question was if you are using .htaccess SEF.
If you are, then your mod_rewrite rules must take the subdirectory into consideration; see the RewriteBase directive on this.
