After Login & Logout - There is no form with this name..

With ChronoForm's New Joomla User Registration, the user is added in the jos_user table. Now comes the problem where after login and logout following message is shown on the page:

There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

At this moment, URL shown is:

http://localhost/therapy/index.php?option=com_chronocontact

Whereas, the URL of form is:

http://localhost/therapy/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=RegisterExtForm

Can someone tell me the reason why I am seeing that message after Login and Logout both?

It seems that I have found the workaround to my problem but I doubt it is the right way of doing it.

Anyways, here is what I did:

Joomla Administrator -> Extensions -> Module Manager -> Member Login
in Parameter section, for Login and Logout Redirection Page I selected "Home" and now after login and logout I am redirecting to home page.

BUT, there the tooltip says that:
"Select the page user will be redirected to after a successful login. Select from all the pages listed in the dropdown menu. If no selection is made, the Front Page will be displayed".

According to the above tip, user should have redirected to the Front Page but user was getting the following error message instead:

There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

Any comment or guidance on above?
