1. I am using the module to display a form. The verification message "You have entered an incorrect verification code at the bottom of the form. Please try again!" does not show if the verification code is not entered. I assume it's being displayed somewhere?

2. Also, the form clears the data although the info is not sent and "try to republish" is selected in the backend.
