all my fields are set to required, and before I remember if it was left empty would tell user that needs to be completed now its letting it self get submitted with either nothing field in or empty fields. I check all the settings and everything is the same, where else do I look, or what can it be

figured it out, it was being disabled my RokGzipper http://www.rockettheme.com/extensions-joomla/rokgzipper
it caches all the Java scripts.
